The owners of FEC are knowledgeable equestrians and live on the FEC property.  Horses are visually monitored by the owner and the barn associates on a regular basis throughout the day.
​For horse boarding Friendship Equestrian Center comes highly recommended by equestrians in the Hudson Valley.  FEC is so highly regarded it is not unusual for some of our boarders to have to travel an hour to get here.

THERE ARE SELECT OPENINGS FOR BOARDING AVAILABLE CURRENTLY. IN SUMMER HORSES GO OUT ON GRASS PASTURES (PRIVATE OR WITH A BUDDY) ALL NIGHT AND ARE INSIDE DURING THE DAY (WEATHER PERMITTING). IN FALL, WINTER, AND SPRING THEY STAY OUT IN FIELDS WITH AUTOMATIC WATERERS, UNLIMITED GRASS HAY (UNLESS GRASS AVAILABLE) AND SHEDS. THEY ALL HAVE STALLS IN THE BARN AND THEY COME IN FOR GRAIN IF NECESSARY OR WHEN WEATHER IS BAD. CURRENT BOARD IS $800/MONTH PLUS TAX (HORSES MUST BE GOOD LIVING WITH A BUDDY AND SHARE HAY). PRIVATE PADDOCK AND SHED POSSIBLE CALL FOR CURRENT AVAILABILITY.

As of 2022 the farm has gone from an active boarding and training facility with approximately 25 horses to a much lower number. Currently FEC is a peaceful, low traffic farm. The horses receive excellent, individual attention at FEC.
