The owners of FEC are knowledgeable equestrians and live on the FEC property.  Horses are visually monitored by the owner and the barn associates on a regular basis throughout the day.
​For horse boarding Friendship Equestrian Center comes highly recommended by equestrians in the Hudson Valley.  FEC is so highly regarded it is not unusual for some of our boarders to have to travel an hour to get here.

Horse Boarding at FEC includes a variety of services and amenities as part of the base board.  ​These services include:
  • 80'x200' bright indoor arena with wonderful Airfoot footing and mirrors
  • 150'x220' Outdoor sand arena with a proper dressage court set up
  • Thermos buckets for water insures no frozen buckets in winter
  • Large stalls with peat moss bedding and overhead fans (Learn more about why we use Peat Bedding here.)
  • Automatic heated waterers in pastures.
  • Ample hay available 24/7
  • Grain Feedings 2x's per day
  • Wormers and dietary supplements as required
  • Large turn out paddocks with a variety of shelters if required
  • WE TURN OUT - Daily turn out, weather permitting
  • Stalls cleaned once per day
  • Fly spray, masks and blankets as needed
  • Hanging racks for blankets
  • Heated tack room for saddles, bridles, medications and temperature sensitive products
  • Refrigerator for treats--both horse and human
  • Wash stall with hot water.
  • Matted grooming stalls
  • Access to various terrain and miles of trails (Additional Information on FEC)
  • We grow and manage our own hay fields
  • Windows in stalls for horses to put their heads out.
​Full board is currently $800 + tax/month. Additional services such as clipping, grooming, mane pulling, etc. are available at an extra charge.  Minimum requirement of Additional $300 of either training or lessons. Full training package includes a combination of lessons and training and costs $600/month.
